How will you inform me of the newest homes available?

The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) website provides up-to-date information for every home on the market. I will set you up on a auto feed so you receive the newest homes as soon as they are listed. I constantly check the New on Market list so I can be on the lookout for you.

Get the word out!

Also tell everyone you know that you are looking for a home. You will be surprised that your next-door neighbor or friend knows someone selling and we can have a slight advantage over other buyers.

How does for sale by owner (FSBO) work?

Some homeowners try to sell their home without an agent representing them. The are doing so in the hopes of saving he commission. If you see a FSBO, send me their information and I will contact them on your behalf and make an appointment to view their home.  Most seller work with an agent even though the home is not listed as an agent is bring them a great buyer.

Can we go back through the property after the offer is accepted?

Usually, we just call the listing agent and schedule a convenient time to visit the home again. We will also do a final walk-through to ensure all the inspection items were taken care of and the home is ready for you to move in.

Once the contract is accepted, what do I do?
